A lovely adaptation of Kenneth Grahame's famous novel The Wind in the Willows aimed at pre-school children and published in the long-running Playhour comic. This story was serialised in two-page episodes and ran for several weeks from late 1955 to the early months of 1956. Featuring Mole, Ratty, Mr Toad, Badger.

The Wind in the Willows is a children's novel by Kenneth Grahame, first published in 1908. Alternately slow moving and fast paced, it focuses on four anthropomorphised animals in a pastoral version of England. The novel is notable for its mixture of mysticism, adventure, morality and camaraderie, and for its evocation of Nature in the Thames valley.
