The Evil Malik, a rival crime Lord from Modesty's 'network days' is exacting revenge upon Modesty's friend Rosina, who lives in Venice with her husband and 8 year old daughter Francesca.

Having kidnapped Francesca, it is now up to Modesty and Willie Garvin to save the day.

This is strip #7059 from the series and was first published in 1988.
