This is the Signed original Pen & Ink Wash by Fortunino Matania.

A Pageant of Kings: The Mighty King of Chivalry. Richard the Lion Heart. This is the original artwork from Look and Learn no. 85 (31 August 1963). The illustrations for the Look and Learn series 'A Pageant of Kings' were commissioned by the magazine shortly before Matania's death; even so his classic style is still very much in evidence.

This art has been sold and is shown in our Archive for interest.
