This is the Signed original Watercolour painting by Andrew Howat.

When Simon Bolivar decided to retire from public life in 1830, he made a triumphant journey to the port from where he was to embark for Europe. Inset: A statue of Bolivar in Belgrave Square, London, erected in 1974. This is the original artwork for illustrations on p29 of Look and Learn no.943 (16 February 1980).
