This is the original artwork for the cover of Look and Learn, issue no. 660, 7th September 1974. Central portrait of Emmeline Pankhurst (1858-1928) surrounded by significant events from the history of the Suffragette movement, viz., Emmeline Pankhurst being arrested near Buckingham Palace, Emily Davidson being run down by HM King George V's horse, Anmer, at the 1913 Grand National, and newspaper headlines covering an attack on Mr. Winston Churchill.
