Description: An original pen and ink cartoon drawing from Carnival magazine circa 1950s. A saucy cartoon of it's time, entitled "This couldn't be neater, the shower has broken down".
Arthur Ferrier (1891 - 1973) was a cartoonist, illustrator and painter. He created the "Our Dumb Blonde" feature for the Sunday Pictorial and contributed to many magazines such as Razzle, London Opinion, Parade, Escort, Passing Show and Blighty.
