This is the Signed original Pen & Ink drawing by Ian Dickson.

Pen and ink cartoon drawing probably from Razzle magazine circa 1950s. A saucy cartoon of it's time, entitled "Isn't he wonderful Paula? Until Ron gets back from the Army, that is".

Ian Oscar Dickson (1905 - 1987) was a cartoonist and illustrator born in New Zealand. When he moved to England he drew for Razzle magazine and worked for film companies.
