This is the original Gouache painting by Severino Baraldi.

Some of the mutineers from The Bounty eventually moved on from Tahiti to the Pitcairn Islands where their descendants live to this day. A small painted portrait of Captain Bligh, from the artists reference notes, is included with this piece.
